They acknowledge the spiritual aspects of nature while focusing on health. Yoga is self-empowering and the student is his or her own healer. Positive mind state healing can happen more quickly than negative mind state clearing can happen. A form of mind-body fitness that involves a combination of muscular activity and an internally directed focus on awareness of the self, the breath, and energy is yoga.
